Tessa Schick
Research Profile
Tessa Schick is a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the Max Weber Institute for Sociology at Heidelberg University. In her research, she combines her studies in health sciences and sociology and focuses broadly on issues in environmental sociology and health, with a methodological emphasis on quantitative analysis. Her dissertation examines how subjectively perceived and objectively measured environmental conditions affect health factors, as well as the influence of climate change skepticism on environmental perception and its potential consequences for health and preventive behavior. She also serves as a research assistant on the GLEN research project.
