Research Profile
My primary focus is the application and combination of various qualitative methods. In a DFG-funded project, my colleagues and I are investigating postdoctoral careers in academia. Using a qualitative interview panel and ethnography, we are currently investigating the international factors of an increasingly diverse network of multiple competitions.
