My theoretical research interests are primarily social innovation, philanthropy and impact measurement. Empirically, I deal with civil society and social economy organisations, civic engagement, philanthropy, social innovation and impact measurement. My methodological interest lies in the mapping and measurement of social innovations and impact measurement. Another focus is on knowledge transfer in various forms. This includes transdisciplinary projects, but also training for different target groups. In addition to the ‘practice’ of transfer, I am also interested in different concepts of participatory research.
