Research New addition to the Max Weber Institute through GLEN

Since March 1, 2026, Dr. Christiane Bozoyan and Dr. Claudia Schmiedeberg have been strengthening the Max Weber Institute for Sociology together with their team.

With their move to Heidelberg University, they are each bringing a project component of the DFG long-term project GLEN (German Longitudinal Environmental Study) to the institute. Their expertise will strengthen and further expand the research focus on environmental sociology at the institute. Further information can be found here: glen-studie.de.
